Deborah L'Heureux, DACVR

Deborah L'Heureux is a Massachusetts native who received her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine. After completing a small animal rotating internship in San Diego, California, she worked as a general practitioner for two years in Danbury, Connecticut. After that, she completed a Diagnostic Imaging internship at Michigan State University and then completed a three-year Diagnostic Imaging residency at Iowa State University. Dr. L'Heureux obtained her Board Certification in Veterinary Radiology during the Fall of 2011. Dr. L'Heureux joined the AVC team in August 2010. Her special interests include ultrasound and ultrasound-guided aspirates and biopsies.
